Replaced the bezel retainer after stripping it down and repainting it. Looks much better now.
Sanded the insides and vacuumed.
Board still doesn’t work, I tried some other things. James from RGVAC seems to think it’s something other than the ROMs, like a bad socket or something in the address circuit. I wish I had some replacement ROMs to figure it out.
