Looks much better now.<\/p>\n<p>Sanded the insides and vacuumed.  <\/p>\n<p>Board still doesn&#8217;t work, I tried some other things.  James from RGVAC seems to think it&#8217;s something other than the ROMs, like a bad socket or something in the address circuit.
